Client Reviews

I would wholeheartedly recommend Kind Energy to anyone considering solar with or without a battery.

I got a prompt reply and a site visit within days to review my unusual roof constraints living in a conservation area which limited me to flat roof areas on the garden side of the property. In addition, I had roof loading constraints which meant I could not rest the panels directly on the flat roof.
Ramin quickly came up with an elegant low profile structural solution of a steel framework spanning right across my roof, and a competitive quote.
The system comprised a total of eleven Aiko 455-Watt panels each with a SolarEdge optimiser, a SolarEdge inverter and Tesla Powerwall battery and Gateway. The optimisers create a system that is about 20% more efficient than one without them.
I am delighted with the system which on a sunny summer day gives me close to 5-kW of energy. Ramin and his team were very pleasant to deal with and did an excellent installation. I can’t recommend Kind Energy more highly.

Frequently asked questions
Savings vary depending on your system size, location and energy usage, but many UK households save up to 50% or more on their annual electricity costs.
In most cases, no. Solar panels are considered ‘permitted development’ in the UK, although restrictions can apply for listed buildings or conservation areas.
A typical home installation takes one to three days, depending on the system size, roof layout and any extra electrical work required. Our team works efficiently to keep disruption to a minimum.
Yes. Solar panels generate electricity from daylight, so they still work on cloudy days, although output will be lower compared to sunny days.
Most quality solar panels last 25 years or more, with warranties covering performance for two decades or longer.
